documentation: dev-manual, bsp-guide, kernel-manual - kernel workflow
The kernel workflow section was re-written to reflect that the kernel appendix has been removed. Also, changes to the flow in general no longer make reference to the bare clone and the copy of the bare clone as a method used to modify the kernel. Many links were modified in other manuals as well.
