Add old options HZ, VN, ALLOW_CONFLICT_DRQ, ALLOW_CONFLICT_MEMADDR,
AUTO_EOI_1, AUTO_EOI_2, COMCONSOLE, COM_MULTIPORT.
Add new option DISKSLICE.
Change comments about DUMMY_NOPS.
