Catch- and cleanup:
o Fix and improve comments and references,
o Add PFIL_HOOKS, UFS_ACL and UFS_DIRHASH,
o Switch from SCHED_4BSD to SCHED_ULE,
o Remove SCSI_DELAY (there's no SCSI support),
