Eritrea (Africa/Asmara renamed to Africa/Asmera)

Indonesia (past timestamps only)
Mongolia
New Zealand (future timestamps only)
Nunavut
Pulaski County, Indiana
Syria
Turkey
Turks & Caicos
Western Australia
Also: some city coordinates corrected.
