When using crunchgen, blow away MAKEFLAGS. This fixes make -j <#> -P
from passing the -P flag to crunchgen which seems to confuse crunchgen
horribly. This is the preferable solution to modifing crunchgen to
unset the MAKEFLAGS environment variable.
