New release notes:
prompt parameter support in autoboot loader command,
uplcom(4) CTS support,
dc(4) ALTQ support,
IPv6 MTU feedback disabled,
ipfw(8) ALTQ classification and tagging, and
newsyslog -d option.
Update release notes:
F/pc98 still uses OLDCARD[1], and
fix some typos:
s/compatability/compatibility
s/behaviour/behavior/.
