While in the SYNOPSIS section, Nm macro always required an
argument to setup indentation for the rest of the synopsis
line and to automatically emit a line break for a non-first
synopsis line. It does not require it anymore.
The following now works as expected:

.Nm utility
.Sh SYNOPSIS
.Nm
.Cm start
.Nm
.Cm stop
