Update to the final release version of BIND 9.6.1. It has the following
changes from the 9.6.1rc1 version. The first 2 only affect DNSSEC.
named could incorrectly delete NSEC3 records for
empty nodes when processing a update request.
Accept DS responses from delegation only zones.
"delegation-only" was not being accepted in
delegation-only type zones.
