After r283600, NODELAY flag to inodedep_lookup() function is unused.
Eliminate it, and simplify code by removing the local dflags variable always initialized to DEPALLOC. Noted by: mckusick Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation MFC after: 2 weeks
