New release notes: orm(4), VM out-of-swap fixes, IPv6 update from
KAME, isp(4) Fibre Channel update, dump(8) -T doesn't gobble its
argument, libfetch authentication callback, libfetch HTTP_USER_AGENT,
install(1) -d -C generates a warning, du(1) -I
