Merge FreeBSD modifications into gcc 3.4.2-prerelease:
1.{2,15} FREEBSD_NATIVE. 1.21 "GCC_OPTIONS". 1.{16,25,27} Cross-compiling issues. 1.38 Correct priority for GCC_EXEC_PREFIX.
