GroupOffice has been installed into:

    %%WWWDIR%%

You will probably want to add an alias to your httpd.conf file,
somethinglike this:

    Alias /groupoffice "%%WWWDIR%%"

And restart Apache.

open to install
    http://<hostname>/groupoffice/install/install.php

or update
	http://<hostname>/groupoffice/install/upgrade.php

in a web-browser and follow the configuration instructions.
