portlint makes a small set of sanity checks for port directory.

usage: portlint [-avN] [port_directory]
	-a	additional check for scripts/* and pkg/*
	-b	warn $(VARIABLE)
	-c	committer mode
	-v	verbose mode
	-N	writing a new port
