This package contains the binary release of LBL's `vic' network video
conferencing tool.  This version of `vic' was compiled with MIT-SHM
disabled, so performance will be inferior.

NOTE: This kit requires XFree86 3.1, Tk, Tcl, and BLT shared libraries.
