(1) Include ${.CURDIR}/../Makefile.inc before ${MASTERDIR}/../Makefile.inc
if ${.CURDIR} != ${MASTERDIR} (i.e., this is a slave port).
Suggested by: knu
(2) Move PKGNAME/DISTNAME definition into the pre.mk section so it can
be used in ports' Makefiles.
