UPDATING: Normalize entries missing the trailing colon
The entries without a trailing colon seemed to trip up the output of `pkg updating -d YYYYMMDD' as reported on freebsd-ports@FreeBSD.org. Normalize the entries to fix this and for general consistency. Reported by: David Wolfskill <david@catwhisker.org>
