Subject: allow non AMD OpenCL driver and devices

- add CLI flag to explicitly use non AMD OpenCL and devices
- adjust OpenCL output (use OpenCL instead of AMD if --altOpenCL is sued)
- optimize NVIDIA OpenCL auto suggestion
