Subject: xenbus: prevent warnings on unhandled enumeration values

XenbusStateReconfiguring/XenbusStateReconfigured were introduced by
c/s 437, but aren't handled in many switch statements.

.. also pulled from the linux-2.6-sparse-tree tree.
