The code that was previously used to set the KDB_FLAG_ONLY_DO_DUMP was removed prior to the initial kdb merge. We do now, when we enter KGDB/KDB from an NMI. This is not to be confused with kgdb_nmicallback(), NMI callback is an entry for the slave CPUs during CPUs roundup, but REASON_NMI is the entry for the master CPU. The default 10 microsecond delay for the controller to come out of halt in dbgp_ehci_startup is too short, so increase it to 1 millisecond. This is based on emperical testing on various USB debug ports on modern machines such as a Lenovo X220i and an Ivybridge development platform that needed to wait ~450-950 microseconds.
