* [PATCH] sigkill priority fixKirill Korotaev2005-05-241-1/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | If SIGKILL does not have priority, we cannot instantly kill task before it makes some unexpected job. It can be critical, but we were unable to reproduce this easily until Heiko Carstens <Heiko.Carstens@de.ibm.com> reported this problem on LKML. * [PATCH] convert that currently tests _NSIG directly to use valid_signal()Jesper Juhl2005-05-011-4/+5
| | | | | | | | | Convert most of the current code that uses _NSIG directly to instead use valid_signal(). This avoids gcc -W warnings and off-by-one errors. Signed-off-by: Jesper Juhl <juhl-lkml@dif.dk> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>
* [PATCH] kill #ifndef HAVE_ARCH_GET_SIGNAL_TO_DELIVER in signal.cChristoph Hellwig2005-04-161-4/+0
| | | | | | | | Now that no architectures defines HAVE_ARCH_GET_SIGNAL_TO_DELIVER anymore this can go away. It was a transitional hack only. Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
