* [ARM] move include/asm-arm to arch/arm/include/asmRussell King2008-08-021-139/+0
| | | | | | | Move platform independent header files to arch/arm/include/asm, leaving those in asm/arch* and asm/plat* alone. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] Improve csum_fold, cleanup csum_tcpudp_magic()Russell King2007-02-061-38/+18
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | csum_fold doesn't need two assembly instructions to perform its task, it can simply add the high and low parts together by rotating by 16 bits, and the carry into the upper-16 bits will automatically happen. Also, since csum_tcpudp_magic() is just csum_tcpudp_nofold + csum_fold, use those two functions to achieve this. Also note that there is a csum_fold() at the end of ip_fast_csum() as well, so use the real csum_fold() there as well. Boot tested on Versatile. * [ARM] 3292/1: Fix memory corruption in asm-arm/checksum.h: ip_fast_csum()Richard Purdie2006-02-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Patch from Richard Purdie ip_fast_csum() accesses memory via a pointer (iph) within an asm function. To prevent memory corruption when the function is inlined, it needs "memory" on the clobber list. This fixes ip checksum errors reported by a Zaurus user. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
