| * [ARM] 5130/4: Support for the at91sam9g20sedji gaouaou2008-07-101-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Support for the at91sam9g20 : Atmel 400Mhz ARM 926ej-s SOC. AT91sam9g20 is an evolution of the at91sam9260 with a faster clock speed. We created a new board for this device but based the chip support directly on 9260 files with little updates. Here is the chip page on Atmel wabsite: http://atmel.com/dyn/products/product_card.asp?part_id=4337 Signed-off-by: Sedji Gaouaou <sedji.gaouaou@atmel.com> Signed-off-by: Justin Waters <justin.waters@timesys.com> Acked-by: Andrew Victor <linux@maxim.org.za> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
| * [ARM] 4933/1: AT91CAP9 UDPHS driver: generic AT91 parts.Stelian Pop2008-06-021-0/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This is patch 1 of 2 adding support for the USB High Speed Device Port on the AT91CAP9 system on chip. The AT91CAP9 uses the same UDPHS IP as the AVR32 and the AT91SAM9RL. This patch makes the generic AT91 adaptations, mainly dealing with the addition of the UDPHS UTMI clock. * USB: at91_udc uses generic GPIO calls; minor cleanupDavid Brownell2008-02-011-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Various small at91_udc cleanups: - Use generic GPIO calls, not older platform-specific ones - Use gpio_request()/gpio_free() - Use VERBOSE_DEBUG convention, not older VERBOSE - Fix sparse complaint about parameter type (changed to gfp_t) - Add missing newline to some rarely-seen debug messages - Fix some old cleanup bugs on probe() fault paths Also add a mechanism whereby rm9200 gpios can drive the D+ pullup through an inverting transistor, based on a patch from Steve Birtles. Most UDC drivers supporting a GPIO based pullup should probably have such an option, but testing it requries such a board in hand! * [ARM] 4758/1: [AT91] LEDsAndrew Victor2008-01-261-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | Move the LED initialization code out of the various *_devices.c files, and into leds.c. Also add support for NEW_LEDs. Patch from David Brownell. Signed-off-by: Andrew Victor <linux@maxim.org.za> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 4757/1: [AT91] UART initializationAndrew Victor2008-01-261-1/+11
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Modify the UART initialization to allow the board-initialization code to specify which pins are connected, and which pins should therefore be initialized. The current at91_init_serial() will continue to work as-is, but is marked as "deprecated" and will be removed once the board-specific files has been updated to use the new interface. As in the AVR32 code, we assume that the TX and RX pins will always be initialized. Signed-off-by: Andrew Victor <linux@maxim.org.za> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 4754/1: [AT91] SSC library supportAndrew Victor2008-01-261-0/+17
| | | | | | | | | | Core support of the Atmel SSC library for all Atmel AT91 processors. Based on David Brownell's initial patch for the AT91RM9200. * [ARM] 4751/1: [AT91] ISI peripheral on SAM9263Andrew Victor2008-01-261-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | | Add support for the Image Sensor Interface (ISI) peripheral integrated in the Atmel AT91SAM9263 processor. Patch from MaLiK Signed-off-by: Andrew Victor <linux@maxim.org.za> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 4650/1: AT91: New-style init of I2C, support for i2c-gpioAndrew Victor2007-11-261-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The AT91 I2C driver is currently marked as "broken" due to hardware issues. This patch enables AT91-based platforms to also use the bitbanged GPIO for I2C. This updates platform setup logic (setting up an i2c-gpio device using the same pins as the i2c-at91 device, unless only the BROKEN driver is enabled). Also make use of the new-style initialization of I2C devices using i2c_register_board_info(). * [ARM] 4143/1: AT91: Prepare for AT91SAM9263 supportAndrew Victor2007-02-081-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The Atmel AT91SAM9263 processor includes many more integrated peripherals than Atmel's previous ARM9-based AT91 processors, so this has necessitated a few changes to the core AT91 support. These changes are: * The system peripheral I/O region we remap has increased from 0xFFFA0000..0xFFFFFFFF to 0xFFF78000..0xFFFFFFFF. * The increased I/O region forces changes to entry-macro.S and debug-macro.S due to ARM's limited immediate offset addressing modes. * Maximum number of GPIO banks increases to 5. * 2 MMC controllers so the board-setup code needs to specify which controller it wishes to use when calling at91_add_device_mmc(). Original patch from Nicolas Ferre. Signed-off-by: Andrew Victor <andrew@sanpeople.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 4124/1: Rename mach-at91rm9200 and arch-at91rm9200 directoriesAndrew Victor2007-02-081-0/+121
Now that Linux includes support for the Atmel AT91SAM9260 and AT91SAM9261 processors in addition to the original Atmel AT91RM9200 (with support for more AT91 processors pending), the "mach-at91rm9200" and "arch-at91rm9200" directories should be renamed to indicate their more generic nature. The following git commands should be run BEFORE applying this patch: git-mv arch/arm/mach-at91rm9200 arch/arm/mach-at91 git-mv include/asm-arm/arch-at91rm9200 include/asm-arm/arch-at91 Signed-off-by: Andrew Victor <andrew@sanpeople.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
