* xen: add "capabilities" fileJeremy Fitzhardinge2009-03-301-1/+18
| | | | | | | | The xenfs capabilities file allows usermode to determine what capabilities the domain has. The only one at present is "control_d" in a privileged domain. Signed-off-by: Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy.fitzhardinge@citrix.com>
* xen: unitialised return value in xenbus_write_transactionIan Campbell2009-01-261-6/+5
| | | | | | | | The return value of xenbus_write_transaction can be uninitialised in the success case leading to the userspace xenstore utilities failing. Signed-off-by: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@citrix.com> Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
* xen: add xenfs to allow usermode <-> Xen interactionAlex Zeffertt2009-01-084-0/+666
The xenfs filesystem exports various interfaces to usermode. Initially this exports a file to allow usermode to interact with xenbus/xenstore. Traditionally this appeared in /proc/xen. Rather than extending procfs, this patch adds a backward-compat mountpoint on /proc/xen, and provides a xenfs filesystem which can be mounted there.
