* [SCSI] imm: fix check-after-useAdrian Bunk2007-10-121-4/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | The Coverity checker spotted that we have already oops'ed if "cmd" was NULL. Since "cmd" being NULL doesn't seem to be possible at this point this patch removes the NULL check. * [SCSI] imm: no need for unchecked_isa_dmaRandy Dunlap2006-05-201-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | Relax the lowmem bounce buffer requirement for imm so that any low memory page will do -- they don't need to be below the ISA 16 MB limit, just need to be mapped in low memory. * [SCSI] use scmd_id(), scmd_channel() throughout codeJeff Garzik2005-10-281-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Wrap a highly common idiom. Makes the code easier to read, helps pave the way for sdev->{id,channel} removal, and adds a token that can easily by grepped-for in the future. There are a couple sdev_id() and scmd_printk() updates thrown in as well. Rejections fixed up and Signed-off-by: James Bottomley <James.Bottomley@SteelEye.com>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
