* iwlwifi: remove IWL_UCODE_TLV_FLAGS_D3_CONTINUITY_API flagEmmanuel Grumbach2014-04-131-16/+1
| | | | | | | All the supported firmwares have this flag set. Reviewed-by: Luciano Coelho <luciano.coelho@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: mvm: configure seq_num to D0i3Eliad Peller2014-03-161-1/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Configure the QoS counters when entering D0i3. The fw might use them later when performing protocol offloading (we'll update the the counters back on d0i3 exit in a following patch). Non-QoS counter is handled internally in the fw, so no need to configure it. Also, add support for a new version of WOWLAN_CONFIG_CMD Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Reviewed-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: mvm: configure WOWLAN_CONFIGURATION on D0i3 entryEliad Peller2014-02-031-1/+5
| | | | | | | | We need to ask the fw to wake up on incoming packets (that pass the filters). Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliadx.peller@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: Update Copyright to 2014Emmanuel Grumbach2013-12-311-2/+2
| | | | | | Happy new year! Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: mvm: keep connection to AP after WoWLANJohannes Berg2013-10-111-1/+24
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Until now, after WoWLAN, we weren't able to keep the connection to the AP because the firmware didn't give us the right information. Since the firmware API has been changed to include all the information we need, change the driver to work with the new API (if it is available) and program all the relevant information in mac80211 to keep the connection. * iwlwifi: mvm: implement new IPv6 offload APIJohannes Berg2013-10-021-1/+43
| | | | | | | | | | The firmware API for IPv6 NDP/NS offload has changed again. Implement support for the new API; this requires calculating the solicited node address for each "target" address as it's no longer ignored by the firmware. * iwlwifi: mvm: support six IPv6 addresses in D3Johannes Berg2013-07-311-10/+39
| | | | | | | | | Newer firmware supports offloading more IPv6 addresses for NDP, adjust the code to send the correct command depending on the firmware capability. Reviewed-by: Emmanuel Grumbach <emmanuel.grumbach@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: mvm: adjust firmware D3 configuration APIJohannes Berg2013-05-161-1/+3
| | | | | | | The D3 firmware API changed to include a new field, adjust the driver to it to avoid getting an NMI when configuring. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* iwlwifi: mvm: implement remote wakeJohannes Berg2013-03-061-1/+50
| | | | | | | | | | | | | With remote wake, the firmware creates a TCP connection and sends some configurable data on it, until a special TCP data packet from the server is received that triggers a wakeup. The configuration is a bit tricky because it is based on packet pattern matching but this is hidden in the driver and the exposed API in cfg80211 is just based on the required TCP connection parameters. * iwlwifi: a few fixes in licenseEmmanuel Grumbach2013-03-061-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | 7000.c was released as GPL only by mistake: it should be dual licensed - GPL / BSD. The file that contains the license in the kernel is COPYING and not LICENSE.GPL. * iwlwifi: add the MVM driverJohannes Berg2013-02-011-0/+282
Newer firmware revisions have a completely new firmware API. This is the new driver for this new API. I've listed the people who directly contributed code, but many others from various teams have contributed in other ways.
