* [media] blackfin: add error frame supportScott Jiang2013-02-062-17/+31
| | | | | | | | | Mark current frame as error frame when ppi error interrupt report fifo error. Member next_frm in struct bcap_device can be optimized out. Signed-off-by: Scott Jiang <scott.jiang.linux@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>

| * Drivers: media: remove __dev* attributes.Greg Kroah-Hartman2013-01-031-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. * | [media] blackfin Kconfig: select is evil; use, instead depends onMauro Carvalho Chehab2012-12-271-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Select is evil as it has issues with dependencies. Better to convert it to use depends on. That fixes a breakage with out-of-tree compilation of the media tree. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
* | [media] v4l2: blackfin: add EPPI3 supportScott Jiang2012-12-262-28/+192
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Bf60x soc has a new PPI called Enhanced PPI version 3. HD video is supported now. To achieve this, we redesign ppi params and add dv timings feature. * | [media] v4l2: blackfin: convert ppi driver to a moduleScott Jiang2012-12-263-3/+14

| | | | | | | | This patch removes some code duplication by using module_platform_driver. Signed-off-by: Srinivas Kandagatla <srinivas.kandagatla@st.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
* [media] drivers/media/platform/blackfin/bfin_capture.c: fix error return codePeter Senna Tschudin2012-09-231-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Convert a nonnegative error return code to a negative one, as returned elsewhere in the function. A simplified version of the semantic match that finds this problem is as follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/) // <smpl> ( if@p1 (\(ret < 0\|ret != 0\)) { ... return ret; } | ret@p1 = 0 ) ... when != ret = e1 when != &ret *if(...) { ... when != ret = e2 when forall return ret; } // </smpl> Signed-off-by: Peter Senna Tschudin <peter.senna@gmail.com> Cc: Scott Jiang <scott.jiang.linux@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
* [media] rename drivers/media/video as .../platformMauro Carvalho Chehab2012-08-154-0/+1351
The remaining drivers are mostly platform drivers. Name the dir to reflect it. It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@redhat.com>
