* HID: picoLCD: Deletion of unnecessary checks before three function callsMarkus Elfring2015-06-291-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | The functions backlight_device_unregister(), lcd_device_unregister() and rc_unregister_device() test whether their argument is NULL and then return immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed. This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software. * HID: use hid_hw_request() instead of direct call to usbhidBenjamin Tissoires2013-02-251-3/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This allows the hid drivers to be independent from the transport layer. The patch was constructed by replacing all occurences of usbhid_submit_report() by its hid_hw_request() counterpart. Then, drivers not requiring USB_HID anymore have their USB_HID dependency cleaned in the Kconfig file. Finally, few drivers still depends on USB_HID. Many of them are requiring the io wait callback. They are found in the next patch. * HID: picoLCD: split driver codeBruno Prémont2012-08-151-0/+106
In order to make code maintenance easier, split the vairous functions into individial files (this removes a bunch of #ifdefs). Signed-off-by: Bruno Prémont <bonbons@linux-vserver.org> Signed-off-by: Jiri Kosina <jkosina@suse.cz>
