The symlinks were annoying some people, and they're not used anywhere
else in the kernel tree. The include directory structure has been
changed so that symlinks aren't needed anymore.
NVKM has been moved from core/ to nvkm/ to make it more obvious as to
what the directory is for, and as some minor prep for when NVKM gets
split out into its own module (virt) at a later date.

One of my nv92 has a calibrated internal sensor but it displays 0°C
as the default values use sw calibration values to force the temperature
to 0.
Since we cannot read the temperature from the adt7473 present on this board,
let's re-enable the internal reading!

This is safe because ptherm hasn't been configured yet and will be a
little further down the initialization path. Ptherm should be safe
regarding to runtime reconfiguration.

Therm uses 3 ptimer alarms. Two to drive the fan and one for polling the
temperature. When suspending/resuming, alarms will never be fired.
As we are checking if there isn't an alarm pending before rescheduling
another one, we end up never checking temperature or updating the
fan speed.
This commit also adds debug messages to be able to spot more easily
if this case happens again in the future. Sorry for the spam if you
activate the debug level though.

The kernel message "[ PTHERM][0000:01:00.0] Thermal management: disabled"
is misleading as it actually means "fan management: disabled".
This patch fixes both the source and the message to improve readability.

For now, we only boost the fan speed to the maximum and auto-mode
when hitting the FAN_BOOST threshold and halt the computer when it
reaches the shutdown temperature. The downclock and critical thresholds
do nothing.
On nv43:50 and nva3+, temperature is polled because of the limited hardware.
I'll improve the nva3+ situation by implementing alarm management in PDAEMON
whenever I can but polling once every second shouldn't be such a problem.

For now, only 2 control modes are available:
- NONE: The fan is never touched (default)
- MANUAL: The fan is set to the user-defined fan speed (pwm1)
This patch introduces a distinction between ptherm internal fan management
and external fan management. The latter is bound to respect the fan mode
while the first can still select the speed it wants unless the NONE mode
is selected. This is important for automatic fan management.

- fixed set_defaults() to allow min_duty < 30 (thermal table will
override this if it's actually necessary)
- fixed set_defaults() to not provide pwm_freq so nv4x (which only has
pwm_div) can actually work. the boards using pwm_freq will have a
thermal table entry to provide us the value.
- removed unused files
