* headers: remove sched.h from interrupt.hAlexey Dobriyan2009-10-111-0/+1
| | | | | | | | After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current, it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k! Many thanks to Heiko Carstens for allowing this. Signed-off-by: Alexey Dobriyan <adobriyan@gmail.com>
* drivers/char/rio/rioctrl.c: off by one error in rioctrl.cDan Carpenter2009-09-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | If DownLoad.ProductCode == MAX_PRODUCT, that would be a problem when we do RIOBootTable[DownLoad.ProductCode] a couple lines down. Found by smatch (http://repo.or.cz/w/smatch.git). * Char: rio, fix cirrus definesJiri Slaby2008-04-301-17/+20
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Rename defines to be in RIO* namespace to not to collide with other defines in tree. This broke (as akpm correctly pointed out) some allmodconfig builds, e.g. on ppc: In file included from drivers/char/rio/rio_linux.c:81: drivers/char/rio/cirrus.h:202:1: warning: "COMPLETE" redefined In file included from include/net/netns/ipv4.h:8, from include/net/net_namespace.h:13, from include/linux/seq_file.h:7, from include/asm/machdep.h:12, from include/asm/pci.h:17, from include/linux/pci.h:951, from drivers/char/rio/rio_linux.c:50: include/net/inet_frag.h:28:1: warning: this is the location of the previous definition Signed-off-by: Jiri Slaby <jirislaby@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
* drivers: Remove unnecessary inclusions of asm/semaphore.hMatthew Wilcox2008-04-181-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | None of these files use any of the functionality promised by asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they rely on it dragging in some unrelated header file, but I can't build all these files, so we'll have fix any build failures as they come up. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | - Remove more unused headers - Remove various typedefs - Correct type of PaddrP (physical addresses should be ulong) - Kill use of bcopy - More printk cleanups - Kill true/false - Clean up direct access to pci BARs Signed-off-by: Alan Cox <alan@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>
* [PATCH] rio driver rework continued #4Alan Cox2006-03-241-272/+118
| | | | | | | | | | | | Third large chunk of code cleanup. The split between this and #3 and #4 is fairly arbitary and due to the message length limit on the list. These patches continue the process of ripping out macros and typedefs while cleaning up lots of 32bit assumptions. Several inlines for compatibility also get removed and that causes a lot of noise. | | | | | | | | | | Run all rio files through indent -kr -i8 -bri0 -l255, as requested by Alan. rioboot.c and rioinit.c were skipped due to worrisome lindent warnings. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
