* [ATM] he: Fix __init/__devinit conflictRoland Dreier2006-09-241-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | he_init_one() is declared __devinit, but calls lots of init functions that are marked __init. However, if CONFIG_HOTPLUG is enabled, __devinit functions go into normal .text, which leads to WARNING: drivers/atm/he.o - Section mismatch: reference to .init.text: from .text between 'he_start' (at offset 0x2130) and 'he_service_tbrq' Fix this by changing the __init functions to __devinit. * [NET]: Replace CHECKSUM_HW by CHECKSUM_PARTIAL/CHECKSUM_COMPLETEPatrick McHardy2006-09-221-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Replace CHECKSUM_HW by CHECKSUM_PARTIAL (for outgoing packets, whose checksum still needs to be completed) and CHECKSUM_COMPLETE (for incoming packets, device supplied full checksum). Patch originally from Herbert Xu, updated by myself for 2.6.18-rc3. Signed-off-by: Patrick McHardy <kaber@trash.net> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

| | | | | | | | | This can create a deadlock/lock ordering problem with other layers that want to use the transmit (or other) path of the card at that time. Signed-off-by: Chas Williams <chas@cmf.nrl.navy.mil> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
