* powerpc/mpic: Invert the meaning of MPIC_PRIMARYKyle Moffett2011-12-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | It turns out that there are only 2 in-tree platforms which use MPICs which are not "primary": IBM Cell and PowerMac. To reduce the complexity of the typical board setup code, invert the MPIC_PRIMARY bit into MPIC_SECONDARY. * powerpc/mpic: Search for open-pic device-tree node if NULLKyle Moffett2011-12-071-9/+1
| | | | | | | | | Almost all PowerPC platforms use a standard "open-pic" device node so the mpic_alloc() function now accepts NULL for the device-node. This will cause it to perform a default search with of_find_matching_node(). Signed-off-by: Kyle Moffett <Kyle.D.Moffett@boeing.com> Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
* powerpc/mpic: Save computed phys_addr for board-specific codeKyle Moffett2011-12-071-13/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | The MPIC code can already perform an automatic OF address translation step as part of mpic_alloc(), but several boards need to use that base address when they perform mpic_assign_isu(). The easiest solution is to save the computed physical address into the "struct mpic" for later use by the board code. * powerpc: fix linkstation and storcenter compilation breakageGuennadi Liakhovetski2009-03-091-32/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Defining flash partition table in platform code is deprecated, and due to recent changes linkstation and storcenter do not compile any more with their default configurations because of undefined references to physmap_set_partitions(). Instead of fixing them by using the correct kernel configuration macro in preprocessor conditional, remove partition table definitions altogether. Instead add support for partition definition on the command-line and in device tree to the default configurations. * [POWERPC] Fix storcenter DTS typos, feedback, IRQs.Jon Loeliger2008-02-051-20/+5
| | | | | | | | | | Cleaned up IRQ layout and removed unsused ISU allocations. Fixed RTC address typo from /dts-v1/ conversion. Incorporated list suggestions to use an "iomega," vendor prefix, and to use a node reference rather than a hard path. * [POWERPC] Add initial iomega StorCenter board port.Jon Loeliger2008-01-231-0/+192
Use cuImage bootwrapper until U-Boot port is completed. Derived heavily from Linkstation port. Signed-off-by: Jon Loeliger <jdl@freescale.com> Acked-by: Andy Wilcox <andy@protium.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
