* MIPS: early_printk: drop __init annotationsAaro Koskinen2013-02-191-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | We cannot use __init for earlyprintk code or data, since the kernel parameter "keep_bootcon" allows leaving the boot console enabled. Currently MIPS will crash/hang/die if you use keep_bootcon. The patch fixes it at least on Lemote FuLoong mini-PC. Changes for other boards were done based on what I could find with grep... * arch: Remove unnecessary inclusions of asm/semaphore.hMatthew Wilcox2008-04-181-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | None of these files use any of the functionality promised by asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they rely on it dragging in some unrelated header file, but I can't build all these files, so we'll have fix any build failures as they come up. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
