* Replace <asm/uaccess.h> with <linux/uaccess.h> globallyLinus Torvalds2016-12-241-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This was entirely automated, using the script by Al: PATT='^[[:blank:]]*#[[:blank:]]*include[[:blank:]]*<asm/uaccess.h>' sed -i -e "s!$PATT!#include <linux/uaccess.h>!" \ $(git grep -l "$PATT"|grep -v ^include/linux/uaccess.h) to do the replacement at the end of the merge window. * MIPS: Migrate exception table users off module.h and onto extable.hPaul Gortmaker2016-10-041-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | These files were only including module.h for exception table related functions. We've now separated that content out into its own file "extable.h" so now move over to that and avoid all the extra header content in module.h that we don't really need to compile these files. In the case of traps.c we can't dump the module.h include since it is also used to provide "print_modules". * MIPS: Eleminate filenames from commentsRalf Baechle2009-08-031-1/+5
| | | | | | | | | | They tend to get not updated when files are moved around or copied and lack any obvious use. While at it zap some only too obvious comments and as per Shinya's suggestion, add a copyright header to extable.c. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
