* m32r: Add ioreadXX/iowriteXX big-endian mmio accessorsPeter Hurley2015-07-231-0/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | commit c627f2ceb692 ("serial: 8250: Add support for big-endian MMIO accesses") added support for 32-bit big-endian mmio to the 8250 driver. Support for ioreadXXbe/iowriteXXbe io accessors was missing from m32r arch, which caused build errors. Add trivial macro mmio accessors. * arch/*/io.h: Add ioremap_wt() to all architecturesToshi Kani2015-06-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add ioremap_wt() to all arch-specific asm/io.h headers which define ioremap_wc() locally. These headers do not include <asm-generic/iomap.h>. Some of them include <asm-generic/io.h>, but ioremap_wt() is defined for consistency since they define all ioremap_xxx locally. In all architectures without Write-Through support, ioremap_wt() is defined indentical to ioremap_nocache(). frv and m68k already have ioremap_writethrough(). On those we add ioremap_wt() indetical to ioremap_writethrough() and defines ARCH_HAS_IOREMAP_WT in both architectures. The ioremap_wt() interface is exported to drivers. * m32r: add definition of ioremap_wc to io.hAbhilash Kesavan2015-03-161-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | Before adding a resource managed ioremap_wc function, we need to have ioremap_wc defined for m32r to prevent build errors. * m32r: io: implement dummy relaxed accessor macros for writesWill Deacon2014-10-201-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | write{b,w,l}_relaxed are implemented by some architectures in order to permit memory-mapped I/O accesses with weaker barrier semantics than the non-relaxed variants. This patch adds dummy macros for the write accessors to m32r, in the same vein as the dummy definitions for the relaxed read accessors.
