Pull x32 support for x86-64 from Ingo Molnar:
"This tree introduces the X32 binary format and execution mode for x86:
32-bit data space binaries using 64-bit instructions and 64-bit kernel
syscalls.
This allows applications whose working set fits into a 32 bits address
space to make use of 64-bit instructions while using a 32-bit address

Pull "ARM: cleanups of io includes" from Olof Johansson:
"Rob Herring has done a sweeping change cleaning up all of the
mach/io.h includes, moving some of the oft-repeated macros to a common
location and removing a bunch of boiler plate. This is another step
closer to a common zImage for multiple platforms."

pxa was missed in the moving of IOMEM to a common definition, so lots of
IOMEM redefined warnings were introduced. So remove pxa IOMEM definition
and fix all the fallout.

The only users of ARCH_HAS_DMA_SET_COHERENT_MASK are 2 ARM platforms:
ixp4xx and pxa cm_x2xx. We've been getting lucky that the define is
implicitly included before dma-mapping.h, but the removal of io.h broke
things (c334bc1 ARM: make mach/io.h include optional). Since memory.h
is the correct place, but no longer exists, convert the define to a
kconfig entry.

Several platforms create IOMEM defines for casting to 'void __iomem *',
and other platforms are incorrectly using __io() macro for the same
purpose. This creates a common definition and removes all the platform
specific versions. Rather than try to make linux/io.h and asm/io.h
assembly safe, the assembly version of IOMEM is moved into
asm/assembler.h.

With commit 4fe7ef3a081 (ARM: provide runtime hook for ioremap/iounmap),
compiles with !CONFIG_MMU were broken. Rename nommu __iounmap to
__arm_iounmap and add arch_ioremap_caller and arch_iounmap. Its
not expected that these need to be overriden for !CONFIG_MMU, so setting
the function ptrs has no effect in this case.

Add a kconfig option NEED_MACH_IO_H to conditionally include mach/io.h.
Basing this on CONFIG_PCI and CONFIG_ISA doesn't quite work. Most ISA
platforms don't need mach/io.h, but ebsa110 does. Most PCI platforms need
mach/io.h for now, but ks8695 doesn't which means i/o accesses are broken.

We have compile time over-ride of ioremap and iounmap, but an run-time
override is needed for multi-platform builds. This adds an extra function
pointer check, but ioremap is not peformance critical. The option for
compile time selection remains.
The caller variant is used here to provide correct caller information as
ARM can only support level 0 for __builtin_return_address.

Now that sched_clock is mandatory on ARM it's simple to add
sched_clock support to the MSM timer code. Add it so that we get
more accurate sched_clock output than the jiffies based version
that's provided by default.

As part of mach/irqs.h include removal from sparse, mainstone.h was missed.
This fixes the compile of the pcmcia driver.

All sched_clock() providers have been converted to the sched_clock
framework, which also provides a jiffy based implementation for
the platforms that do not provide a counter.
It is now possible to make the sched_clock framework mandatory,
effectively preventing new platforms to add new sched_clock()
functions, which would be detrimental to the single zImage work.

Prima2 has its own sched_clock() implementation, which gets in the
way of a single zImage. Moving to the common sched_clock framework
makes the code slightly cleaner (the mapping hack in sched_clock()
goes away...).

picoxcell uses SPARSE_IRQ which means we don't need a mach/irqs.h
anymore so kill it off.

irqs.h is optional now for SPARSE_IRQ, so select it and remove mach/irqs.h
from highbank.

Make mach/irqs.h optional for SPARSE_IRQ. With this change mach/irqs.h can
be removed by converting platforms over to sparse irq.
Platforms either need to set nr_irqs in their machine desc or all irqchips
used by a platform need to allocate their irq_descs. There cannot be a
mixture. Once this is done, the platforms can select SPARSE_IRQ. shmobile
does the latter, and mmp and pxa do the former.
