* ARM: remove support for mxc91231Uwe Kleine-König2011-05-191-7/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Since support for mxc91231 was introduced 2009 it only saw patches that were part of (mxc or arm) global cleanups. The only supported machine only had 4 devices (2x UART, sdhc, watchdog). * ARM: mx53: Print silicon revision on bootFabio Estevam2011-05-191-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Having the silicon revision to appear on the boot log is a useful information. MX31, MX35 and MX51 already show the silicon revision on boot. Add support for displaying such information for MX53 as well. Tested on a mx53loco board, where it shows: CPU identified as i.MX53, silicon rev 2.0 Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com> LAKML-Reference: 1301068367-18937-1-git-send-email-fabio.estevam@freescale.com Signed-off-by: Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>

* MXC: rename mxc_map_io to architecture specific versionsSascha Hauer2009-05-071-1/+5
| | | | | | | | This allows us to have more mapping functions for more than one i.MX architecture in the kernel. As this is the earliest board specific hook we have, also use it to set the cpu type. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* [ARM] MX35: add clock supportSascha Hauer2009-03-131-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | This patch adds clock support for i.MX35 SoCs. We do not support setting of clock rates yet, but most interesting clock rates should be reported. I couldn't test all clock rates and the datasheet contains some obvious bugs, so expect some bugs in this code. Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
* [ARM] MXC: add cpu_is_ macrosSascha Hauer2009-03-131-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | We had hardcoded cpu_is_ macros for mxc architectures till now. As we want to run the same kernel on i.MX31 and i.MX35 this patch adds cpu_is_ macros which expand to 0 or 1 if only one architecture is compiled in and only check for the cpu type if more than one architecture is compiled in. * [ARM] MXC: rework timer/clock initialisationSascha Hauer2009-03-131-2/+5
| | | | | | | | | - rename mxc_clocks_init to architecture specific versions. This allows us to have more than one architecture compiled in. - call mxc_timer_init from clock initialisation instead from board code Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
