* ARM: i.MX: Remove i.MX1 non-DT supportAlexander Shiyan2016-08-091-5/+0
| | | | | | | | This patch removes registration helpers and support files, used for non-DT i.MX1 targets. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawnguo@kernel.org>
* ARM: mx25: Remove "mx25.h" header fileFabio Estevam2015-03-131-10/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | As mx25 has been converted to a dt-only platform, we do not need the "mx25.h" header file anymore. Remove it and also clean up all the mx25 occurences from the platform helper code. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>
* ARM: imx5: remove i.MX5 non-DT device registration helpersShawn Guo2014-07-181-26/+0
| | | | | | | i.MX5 is DT only platforms, so these non-DT device registration helpers is used nowhere. Remove them. Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@freescale.com>
* ARM: imx: Remove mx508 supportFabio Estevam2013-01-291-10/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Only mx508 based board is mach-mx50_rdp and it has been marked as BROKEN for several releases. mx508 currently lacks clock support. In case someone needs to add mx508 support back, then the recommended approach is to use device tree. * ARM: imx: include hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.hShawn Guo2012-10-151-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices will need to include "../hardware.h". * i2c: imx: remove cpu_is_xxx by using platform_device_idShawn Guo2012-10-151-13/+15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This is some amount of work left/forgot from device tree conversion. Instead of checking cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type, the driver should use platform_device_id, which should match the device tree compatible string. The patch changes the driver to use platform_device_id rather than cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type/version. It also updates the platform code and device tree source accordingly. As the result, mach/hardware.h inclusion gets removed from the driver. * ARM: imx: move platform device code into mach-imxShawn Guo2012-10-151-0/+126
It moves platform device code from plat-mxc into mach-imx. Along with that, header devices-common.h gets moved from plat-mxc/include/mach/ into mach-imx/devices/. Signed-off-by: Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org> Acked-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de> Acked-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
