This enables the onboard IR receiver subnode.

NanoPi M1 is the Allwinner H3 based board.
This patch enables UART for debug console, LEDs, GPIO key switch, 3 USB
host ports, a micro SD slot and related power and pin controls by using
NanoPi common dtsi file.
