Pull "Allwinner H3/H5 changes for 4.17" from Maxime Ripard:
Here is our usual bunch of changes to the common DTSI shared between arm
and arm64, and their associated device trees.
Even though the diffstat is quite big, it's been mostly just cleanups. The
big feature is that the HDMI is now suported on H3 and H5 boards.

Using the cd-inverted property is not useful when GPIOs are used as card
detects since the polarity can be specified with the usual
GPIO_ACTIVE_(HIGH|LOW) GPIO flags. It has also caused confusion for
U-Boot developers, so migrate all sunxi boards away from cd-inverted.

This names the GPIO lines on the Banana Pi board in accordance with
the A20_Banana_Pi v1.4 Specification.
This will make these line names reflect through to user space
so that they can easily be identified and used with the new
character device ABI.

All dts files for the sunxi platform have been switched to the generic
pinconf bindings. As a result, the sunxi specific pinctrl macros are
no longer used.
Remove the #include entry with the following command:
sed --follow-symlinks -i -e '/pinctrl\/sun4i-a10.h/D' \
arch/arm/boot/dts/sun?i*.*
arch/arm/boot/dts/sun9i-a80.dtsi was then edited to remove the extra
empty line.

The allwinner,pull property set to NO_PULL was really considered our
default (and wasn't even changing the default value in the code).
Remove these properties to make it obvious that we do not set anything in
such a case.

sun7i-a20-bananapi.dts doesn't contain regulator nodes for the AXP209 PMU
driver, so add them to allow for voltage-scaling with cpufreq-dt. Also
add board-specific OPP to use slightly higher voltages at lower
frequencies since Kevin Hilman reported that not all BananaPi boards run
stable at the default voltages inherited by sun7i-a20.dtsi.

The pinctrl groups for SPI until now were also adding the chip selects in
the SPI pinctrl group.
This was causing a few issues, since a board was forced to use a random
number of chipselects, even though it might use one of these chip selects
for another pin.
The number of chipselects defined was also not the same from one group to
another because of different needs at the time these groups have been
introduced, resulting in no clear view from the board DTS on what exactly
is being muxed, which even might change in the future.
Solve this by creating different pinctrl groups for the chipselects and the
standard SPI pins (CLK, MOSI and MISO) so that we fix both issues.

The FSF address triggers a warning on checkpatch, saying that the FSF
license is already present in the Linux source code, and that it has
already changed in the past.
Remove it from our DT, as suggested.

Currently none of the target boards nor the driver supports
IR TX. However this pin is used in a few instances as a GPIO.
Split the pin ctrl descriptions so that only the IR RX is
configured to be used.

Add UART aliases and stdout-path property for all the Allwinner boards so that
we won't have to rely on the bootargs' console= value, while working with
legacy bootloaders.
While we're at it, also remove the mentions of earlyprintk in the bootargs,
that will remove our default bootargs entirely, and allow the kernel to boot on
a system even if DEBUG_LL is configured for another system.

Pull ARM SoC DT updates from Olof Johansson:
"DT changes continue to be the bulk of our merge window contents.
We continue to have a large set of changes across the board as new
platforms and drivers are added.
Some of the new platforms are:
- Alphascale ASM9260
- Marvell Armada 388
- CSR Atlas7
- TI Davinci DM816x
- Hisilicon HiP01
- ST STiH418
There have also been some sweeping changes, including relicensing of

The NMI IRQ controller uses the standard flags definition for the IRQ level and
edges.
Use the common header to use defines instead of opaque numbers.

strength values.

Commit f77d55a3b56a ("serial: 8250_dw: get index of serial line from DT
aliases") made the serial driver now use the serial aliases to get the tty
number, pointing out that our aliases have been wrong all along.
Remove them from the DTSI and add custom ones in the relevant boards.

On the LeMaker Banana Pi, probing the external ethernet PHY connected
to the SoC's internal GMAC module sometimes fails. The PHY power
supply is handled via a GPIO-controlled regulator, and the existing
regulator startup-delay of 50000us is too short to make sure that the
PHY is always fully powered up when it is queried by phylib. Tests
have shown that to provide a reliable PHY detection, the startup-delay
has to be increased to at least 60000us. To have a certain safety margin
and to cater for manufacturing variations between different boards,
the delay gets set to 100000us as discussed on the linux-arm-kernel
mailinglist.

During the GPL to GPL/X11 licensing migration, the GPL notice introduced
mentionned the device trees as a library, which is not really accurate. It
began to spread by copy and paste. Fix all these library mentions to reflect
the file that it's actually just a file.
