* ARM: dts: wheat: Enable watchdog supportGeert Uytterhoeven2018-04-251-0/+5
| | | | | | | | | Enable the watchdog, so the board can be restarted by a watchdog timeout. Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@glider.be> Acked-by: Fabrizio Castro <fabrizio.castro@bp.renesas.com> Signed-off-by: Simon Horman <horms+renesas@verge.net.au>
* ARM: dts: wheat: Fix ADV7513 address usageKieran Bingham2018-04-161-2/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The r8a7792 Wheat board has two ADV7513 devices sharing a single I2C bus, however in low power mode the ADV7513 will reset it's slave maps to use the hardware defined default addresses. The ADV7511 driver was adapted to allow the two devices to be registered correctly - but it did not take into account the fault whereby the devices reset the addresses. This results in an address conflict between the device using the default addresses, and the other device if it is in low-power-mode. Repair this issue by moving both devices away from the default address definitions. * ARM: dts: r8a7792: Convert to new CPG/MSSR bindingsGeert Uytterhoeven2017-09-181-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Convert the R-Car V2H SoC from the old "Renesas R-Car Gen2 Clock Pulse Generator (CPG)" and "Renesas CPG Module Stop (MSTP) Clocks" DT bindings to the new unified "Renesas Clock Pulse Generator / Module Standby and Software Reset" DT bindings. This simplifies the DTS files, and allows to add support for reset control later. Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@glider.be> Signed-off-by: Simon Horman <horms+renesas@verge.net.au>
* ARM: dts: wheat: add DU supportSergei Shtylyov2016-11-041-0/+126
| | | | | | | | | | Define the Wheat board dependent part of the DU device node. Add the device nodes for the Analog Devices ADV7513 HDMI transmitters connected to DU0/1. Add the necessary subnodes to interconnect DU with HDMI transmitters/connectors. * ARM: dts: wheat: add support for tactile switchesSergei Shtylyov2016-09-071-0/+20
| | | | | | | | | Add support for the tactile switches SW2/3 (on the debug board) as a virtual keyboard like it was done with the Blanche board). * ARM: dts: wheat: add QSPI supportSergei Shtylyov2016-09-071-0/+43
| | | | | | | | | | | | Define the Wheat board dependent part of the QSPI device node. Add device nodes for Spansion S25FL512S SPI flash and MTD partitions on it. * ARM: dts: wheat: add Ethernet supportSergei Shtylyov2016-09-051-1/+37
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | R8A7792 SoC doesn't have the EtherMAC core, so SMSC LAN89218 Ethernet chip was used instead on the Wheat debug board; this chip is compatible with SMSC LAN9115 for which there's a (device tree aware) driver. Describe the chip in the Wheat device tree unconditionally (the driver should fail the probe if the debug board isn't connected); enable DHCP and NFS root in the command line for the kernel boot... * ARM: dts: wheat: initial device treeSergei Shtylyov2016-09-051-0/+50
Add the initial device tree for the R8A7792 SoC based Wheat board. The Wheat board itself has no serial ports wired up, the USB serial chips are situated on a separate debug board and one of them is connected to SCFI0 -- include unconditional support for it, so that the serial console can work.
