* | [PATCH] Updated Documentation/nfsroot.txt | Nico Schottelius | 2006-03-24 | 1 | -3/+14 |
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | I today booted the first time my embedded device using Linux 2.6.15.2, which was booted by pxelinux, which then bootet itself from the nfsroot. This went pretty fine, but when I was reading through Documentation/nfsroot.txt I saw that there are some more modern versions available of loading the kernel and passing parameters. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! |
