Bamboo models do not support HID_DG_CONTACTMAX. Plus, Bamboo pen-only
has touch descriptor. This leads to some complications in the code.
This patch also fixes duplicated PAD interfeaces for Intuos Pen
models.

touch_input is stored in wacom_shared for pen data to report touch
switch status. It is possible, although we didn't see it happen on
Linux yet, that pen data is procesed before touch interface is
fully probed.
As a by-product of this patch, it fixes the FreeBSD issue reported
by Denis Akiyakov http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-input/msg33971.html

The commit which introduced TransducerSerialNumber (368c966) is missing
two crucial implementation details. Firstly, the commit does not set the
type/code/bit/max fields as expected later down the code which can cause
the driver to crash when a tablet with this usage is connected. Secondly,
the call to 'set_bit' causes MSC_PULSELED to be sent instead of the
expected MSC_SERIAL. This commit addreses both issues.

We received a report of warning in kernel/sched/core.c where the sched
group was NULL on an LPAR after a topology update. This seems to occur
because after the topology update has moved the CPUs, cpu_to_node is
returning the old value still, which ends up breaking the consistency of
the NUMA topology in the per-cpu maps. Ensure that we update the per-cpu
fields when we re-map CPUs.

In certain circumstances the PSL (Power Service Layer, which provides
translation services for CXL hardware) can send an interrupt for a
segment miss that the kernel has already handled. This can happen if
multiple translations for the same segment are queued in the PSL before
the kernel has restarted the first translation.
The CXL driver does not expect this situation and does not check if a
segment had already been handled. This could cause a duplicate segment
table entry which in turn caused a PSL error taking down the card.
This patch fixes the issue by checking for existing entries in the
segment table that match the segment we are trying to insert, so as to
avoid inserting duplicate entries.

This patch makes copro_calculate_slb() mask the ESID by the correct mask
for 1T vs 256M segments.
This has no effect by itself as the extra bits were ignored, but it
makes debugging the segment table entries easier and means that we can
directly compare the ESID values for duplicates without needing to worry
about masking in the comparison.
This will be used to simplify a comparison in the following patch.

This patch simplifies the process of finding a free segment table entry
by disabling the secondary hash. This reduces the number of possible
entries in the segment table for a given address from 16 to 8.
Due to the large segment sizes we use it is extremely unlikely that the
secondary hash would ever have been used in practice, so this should not
have any negative impacts and may even improve performance due to the
reduced number of comparisons that software & hardware need to perform.
This patch clears the SC bit in the hardware's state register
(CXL_PSL_SR_An) to disable the secondary hash in the hardware since we
can no longer fill out entries using it.

Currently, we can't call opal wrappers from modules when using the LE
ABIv2, which requires a TOC init. If we do we'll try and load the opal
entry point using the wrong toc and probably explode or worse jump to
the wrong address.
Nothing in upstream is making opal calls from a module, but we do export
one of the wrappers so we should fix this anyway.
This change uses the _GLOBAL_TOC() macro (rather than _GLOBAL) for the
opal wrappers, so that we can do non-local calls to them.

Remove the check of CONFIG_PPC_SUBPAGE_PROT when deciding if
is_hugepage_only_range() is extern or inline. The extern version is in
slice.c and is built if CONFIG_PPC_MM_SLICES=y.
There was no build break possible because CONFIG_PPC_SUBPAGE_PROT is
only selectable under conditions which also mean CONFIG_PPC_MM_SLICES
will be selected.

Unknown operation numbers are caught in nfsd4_decode_compound() which
sets op->opnum to OP_ILLEGAL and op->status to nfserr_op_illegal. The
error causes the main loop in nfsd4_proc_compound() to skip most
processing. But nfsd4_proc_compound also peeks ahead at the next
operation in one case and doesn't take similar precautions there.

We added this new estimator function but forgot to hook it up. The
effect is that NFSv4.1 (and greater) won't do zero-copy reads.
The estimate was also wrong by 8 bytes.

Pull ftrace trampoline accounting fixes from Steven Rostedt:
"Adding the new code for 3.19, I discovered a couple of minor bugs with
the accounting of the ftrace_ops trampoline logic.
One was that the old hash was not updated before calling the modify
code for an ftrace_ops. The second bug was what let the first bug go
unnoticed, as the update would check the current hash for all
ftrace_ops (where it should only check the old hash for modified
ones). This let things work when only one ftrace_ops was registered
to a function, but could break if more than one was registered
depending on the order of the look ups.
The worse thing that can happen if this bug triggers is that the
ftrace self checks would find an anomaly and shut itself down"

When modifying code, ftrace has several checks to make sure things
are being done correctly. One of them is to make sure any code it
modifies is exactly what it expects it to be before it modifies it.
In order to do so with the new trampoline logic, it must be able
to find out what trampoline a function is hooked to in order to
see if the code that hooks to it is what's expected.
The logic to find the trampoline from a record (accounting descriptor
for a function that is hooked) needs to only look at the "old_hash"
of an ops that is being modified. The old_hash is the list of function
an ops is hooked to before its update. Since a record would only be
pointing to an ops that is being modified if it was already hooked
before.
Currently, it can pick a modified ops based on its new functions it
will be hooked to, and this picks the wrong trampoline and causes
the check to fail, disabling ftrace.

The code that checks for trampolines when modifying function hooks
tests against a modified ops "old_hash". But the ops old_hash pointer
is not being updated before the changes are made, making it possible
to not find the right hash to the callback and possibly causing
ftrace to break in accounting and disable itself.
Have the ops set its old_hash before the modifying takes place.

GCC 4.9 complains if we take the difference of two pointers, and it's
printed with "%d". Fix this by using the proper flag - "t" for

These stock GCC versions miscompile the kernel by incorrectly optimising
the function epilogue code - by first increasing the stack pointer, and
then loading entries from below the stack. This means that an opportune
interrupt or exception will corrupt the current function's saved state,
which may result in the parent function seeing different register
values.
As this bug has been known to result in corrupted filesystems, and these
buggy compiler versions seem to be frequently used, we have little
option but to blacklist these compiler versions.
Distributions may have fixed PR58854, but as their compilers are totally
indistinguishable from the buggy versions, it is unfortunate that this
also results in those also being blacklisted. Given the filesystem
corruption potential of the original, this is the lesser evil. People
who want to build with their fixed compiler versions will need to adjust
the kernel source. (Distros need to think about the implications of
fixing such a compiler bug, and consider how to ensure that their fixed
compiler versions can be detected if they wish to avoid this.)

When unmapping a range of pages in zap_pte_range, the page being
unmapped is added to an mmu_gather_batch structure for asynchronous
freeing. If we run out of space in the batch structure before the range
has been completely unmapped, then we break out of the loop, force a
TLB flush and free the pages that we have batched so far. If there are
further pages to unmap, then we resume the loop where we left off.
Unfortunately, we forget to update addr when we break out of the loop,
which causes us to truncate the range being invalidated as the end
address is exclusive. When we re-enter the loop at the same address, the
page has already been freed and the pte_present test will fail, meaning
that we do not reconsider the address for invalidation.
This patch fixes the problem by incrementing addr by the PAGE_SIZE
before breaking out of the loop on batch failure.

check in vm_iomap_memory()
When user requests V4L2_MEMORY_MMAP type buffers, the videobuf-core
will assign the corresponding offset to the 'boff' field of the
videobuf_buffer for each requested buffer sequentially. Later, user
may call mmap() to map one or all of the buffers with the 'offset'
parameter which is equal to its 'boff' value. Obviously, the 'offset'
value is only used to find the matched buffer instead of to be the
real offset from the buffer's physical start address as used by
vm_iomap_memory(). So, in some case that if the offset is not zero,
vm_iomap_memory() will fail.

Sparse got a fix for that. Also, it is suspected that reverting
this patch might cause compilation breakages on userspace. So,
revert it.
