Pull ARM platform specific firmware interfaces from Olof Johansson:
"Two platforms, bcm and exynos have their own firmware interfaces using
the "secure monitor call", this adds support for those.
We had originally planned to have a third set of patches in here,
which would extend support for the existing generic "psci" call that
is used on multiple platforms as well as Xen and KVM guests, but that
ended up getting dropped because the patches were not ready in time."

The bcm_kona_smc_init function references the bcm_kona_smc_ids variable
that is marked __initconst, so the function itself has to be __init
to avoid this build error:

operations to set up some hardware.
This patch adds firmware operations for Exynos secure firmware and a way
for board code and device tree to specify that they must be used.

This patch adds exynos_smc function which uses smc assembly instruction
to do secure monitor calls.

Some boards are running with secure firmware running in TrustZone secure
world, which changes the way some things have to be initialized.
This patch adds an interface for platforms to specify available firmware
operations and call them.
A wrapper macro, call_firmware_op(), checks if the operation is provided
and calls it if so, otherwise returns -ENOSYS to allow fallback to
legacy operation..
By default no operations are provided.

Renesas ARM and SH based SoC pinmux update for v3.10
As with changes to the Renesas ARM and SH based SoC pinmux code for v3.9
it has been agreed by the relevant parties, Linus Walleij, Laurent Pinchart,
Paul Mundt and myself, that it would be best to take these changes through
the renesas tree and in turn the arm-soc tree.
