On multi-platform kernels, the Amiga joystick driver may be initialized
when running on Amiga only. Else it may crash later.
Fortunately this driver is almost always compiled as a module (to avoid
conflicts with the mouse driver), so it needs an explicit insmod to
trigger a crash.

When a tablet connect or disconnect is detected, schedule
work queue to register or unregister related input devices.
When a wireless tablet connects, it reports same USB PID
used if tablet is connected with USB cable. Use this to
update features values, set input capabilities, and then
register device. From there, the Pen and Touch interfaces
will reuse the existing tablet's IRQ routines.
Its possible that 1 receiver is shared with 2 tablets with
different PID (small and medium Bamboo for example) so the
input is unregister at disconnect to better support this case.

The 3rd gen Bamboo Pen & Touch and Intuos5 tablets support an
optional wireless module. When its receiver is plugged into USB,
it presents 3 interfaces: 0) Monitor 1) Pen and 2) Touch.
The exact capabilities of the Pen and Touch interfaces can
not be determined until a tablet connection is established
and reported over the Monitor interface.
This patch detects this wireless receiver and enables interrupt
packets to be processed for the Monitor interface. Processing
the data in packets will be left to another patch.
Since it doesn't make sense to create an input device for the
Monitor interface, it is not created. Creation of Pen and Touch
input device is also delayed until monitor packets can be processed.

- Hooking multi-finger coordinates output with kernel multitouch library;
- Enabling absolute coordinates output for Cx+ hardware. The older hardware
performs much better in relative mode; thus relative mode related code
are preserved.
Part of the code is based on the work done by Oskari Saarenmaa <os@ohmu.fi>,
which was used to support the clickpad found on ASUS UX21/31 Ultrabook.
On the other hand, the FSP found on UX21/31 doesn't have hardware capability
register other than PnP ID, which means that we'll have to figure out an
alternative approach to identify such pad correctly; otherwise, blindly
adding INPUT_PROP_BUTTONPAD property may compatability issues amongst
existing FSPs.

- Move event bits setup code into a separate function,
fsp_set_input_params(), so that we can perform hardware-specific settings
in the future;
- Take hardware version information into account when activating
protocol;
- Remove button information from boot message as it's somewhat confusing
and is only for internal processing. While there, also move button
retrieval code to be a part of protocol activation process.

Some of buttons, like power-on key or onkey, may only generate interrupts
when pressed and not actually be mapped as gpio in the system. Allow
setting gpio to invalid value and specify IRQ instead to support such
keys. The debounce timer is used not to debounce but to ignore new IRQs
coming while button is kept pressed.

Pull urgent cgroup fix from Tejun Heo:
"Commit 61d1d219c4c0 ('cgroup: remove extra calls to
find_existing_css_set') which was part of the rc1 cgroup pull request
made writes to the cgroup "tasks" file return an uninitialized retval
on success which can cause boot failures with systemd.
The change stayed in linux-next for quite some time but gcc
interestingly failed to emit warning about using uninitialized
variable and the problem seems to materialize only for certain build
combinations (probably depends on register allocation).
It's just missing local variable initialization and the fix is trivial
& safe. As the problem is critical when it materializes, I'm
fast-tracking it. Also included is Li's email address change in
MAINTAINERS."

61d1d219c4 "cgroup: remove extra calls to find_existing_css_set" made
cgroup_task_migrate() return void. An unfortunate side effect was
that cgroup_attach_task() was depending on that function's return
value to clear its @retval on the success path. On cgroup mounts
without any subsystem with ->can_attach() callback,
cgroup_attach_task() ended up returning @retval without initializing
it on success.
For some reason, gcc failed to warn about it and it didn't cause
cgroup_attach_task() to return non-zero value in many cases, probably
due to difference in register allocation. When the problem
materializes, systemd fails to populate /systemd cgroup mount and
fails to boot.
Fix it by initializing @retval to zero on declaration.

caused this file to break, since it was still relying on the
device field to be present. Map it onto dev_name appropriately
Since there are two consumers with the name "reg-userspace-consumer",
we have to supply the ID as a suffix in the REGULATOR_CONSUMER calls.

Even though ams-delta-serio input driver uses gpio_to_irq() in all
relevent places to get irq number, the ams_delta_serio_exit() still

Commit d1589f0912533e6cb2ac8fd6f1feb3d5989fe8cb (ARM: OMAP2+: Mark
omap_hsmmc_init and omap_mux related functions as __init) changed DSI
muxing functions to __init. This doesn't work, as the muxing functions
are used every time a DSI display is enabled or disabled.
This patch removes the __inits from DSI mux functions that were
accidentally marked as __init, and makes omap4_hdmi_mux_pads __init
like it should be.

Commit 4a53f4e "USB: ehci-tegra: add probing through device tree" added
AUXDATA for Tegra's USB/EHCI controller. However, it pointed the platform
data at a location containing the address of the intended platform data,
rather than the platform data itself. This change fixes that.

During a complex merge for v3.4, one line of the commit
c20b909be9ba27173294a52d08cab293ec030a2c ("ARM: LPC32xx: Ethernet support") was
reverted wrongly ("lpc-eth.0" -> "lpc-net.0") while the other conflicts were
merged correctly. This patch re-applies the clock name "lpc-eth.0".

Pull x86 cleanups from Peter Anvin:
"The biggest textual change is the cleanup to use symbolic constants
for x86 trap values.
The only *functional* change and the reason for the x86/x32 dependency
is the move of is_ia32_task() into <asm/thread_info.h> so that it can
be used in other code that needs to understand if a system call comes
from the compat entry point (and therefore uses i386 system call
numbers) or not. One intended user for that is the BPF system call
filter. Moving it out of <asm/compat.h> means we can define it
unconditionally, returning always true on i386."

is_ia32_task() is useful even in !CONFIG_COMPAT cases - utrace will
use it for example. Hence move it to a more generic file: asm/thread_info.h
Also now is_ia32_task() returns true if CONFIG_X86_32 is defined.

There are precedences of trap number being referred to as
trap_nr. However thread struct refers trap number as trap_no.
Change it to trap_nr.
Also use enum instead of left-over literals for trap values.
This is pure cleanup, no functional change intended.

The traps are referred to by their numbers and it can be difficult to
understand them while reading the code without context. This patch adds
enumeration of the trap numbers and replaces the numbers with the correct
enum for x86.

Adding struct _sigchld_x32 caused a misalignment cascade in struct
siginfo, because union _sifields is located on an 4-byte boundary
(8-byte misaligned.)
Adding new fields that are 8-byte aligned caused the intermediate
structures to also be aligned to 8 bytes, thereby adding padding in
unexpected places.
Thus, change s64 to compat_s64 here, which makes it "misaligned on
paper". In reality these fields *are* actually aligned (there are 3
preceeding ints outside the union and 3 inside struct _sigchld_x32),
but because of the intervening union and struct it is not possible for
gcc to avoid padding without breaking the ABI.

X32 ptrace is a hybrid of 64bit ptrace and compat ptrace with 32bit
address and longs. It use 64bit ptrace to access the full 64bit
registers. PTRACE_PEEKUSR and PTRACE_POKEUSR are only allowed to access
segment and debug registers. PTRACE_PEEKUSR returns the lower 32bits
and PTRACE_POKEUSR zero-extends 32bit value to 64bit. It works since
the upper 32bits of segment and debug registers of x32 process are always
zero. GDB only uses PTRACE_PEEKUSR and PTRACE_POKEUSR to access
segment and debug registers.
[ hpa: changed TIF_X32 test to use !is_ia32_task() instead, and moved
the system call number to the now-unused 521 slot. ]
