sctp: fix checkpatch errors with (foo*)|foo * bar|foo* bar
fix checkpatch errors below:
ERROR: "(foo*)" should be "(foo *)"
ERROR: "foo * bar" should be "foo *bar"
ERROR: "foo* bar" should be "foo *bar"
