USB: make SA1111 OHCI driver SA11x0 specific
As RMK pointed out, considering the fact that the _only_ platform with a PXA and SA1111 is the Lubbock, and that SA1111 DMA doesn't work there, (i.e. the SA1111 OHCI doesn't work there) the SA1111 OHCI driver should really be made SA11x0 specific.
