xen: using EXPORT_SYMBOL requires including export.h
Fix these warnings:

drivers/xen/biomerge.c:14:1: warning: type defaults to 'int' in declaration of 'EXPORT_SYMBOL' [-Wimplicit-int]

And this build error:
