OMAPDSS: DSI: Add FEAT_DSI_PLL_SELFREQDCO
Add FEAT_DSI_PLL_SELFREQDCO. OMAP5's DSI PLL has a new configuration
option that needs to be programmed depending on the PLL's output clock
frequency.
