staging: lustre: libcfs: add documentation for cfs_crypto_hash_*()
Add comment blocks for cfs_crypto_hash_*() in linux-crypto.c and libcfs_crypto.h. Delete obsolete comment about shash handling in cfs_crypto_hash_alloc().
