[SCSI] st: integrate st_scsi_kern_execute and st_do_scsi
This integrates st_scsi_kern_execute and st_do_scsi. IOW, it removes
st_scsi_kern_execute. Then st has a single function, st_do_scsi, to
perform SCSI commands.
